It’s exactly what it says, but for two different reasons.
1. We know as a mama, you’re tight on time as it is and the last thing you want to do is to fuss about over returning or exchanging an item. Our Easy Return Form allows you to complete your full return or exchange on the spot, allowing you to select which products you’d like to exchange and what you would like to receive instead. You can do this whenever you want (within the 45-day return period) and it only takes a few minutes to do.
2. We offer a returns facility in the US to help make it simpler (and cheaper) for you.
