After lodging your ‘Instant Exchange or Return’ on our website, the system will prompt you to download your ‘Returns Confirmation’, that is to be physically included with your exchange/ return. You will find our US (California) based warehouse address on the top left-hand corner of this document. Should you not have a printer handy, simply write the details (including the Order number and RTV number) on the address label.
If you miss this, the ‘Returns Confirmation’ is sent as an attachment, in the return/exchange email you will receive.
