Knitted wire-free support which feels like a second skin. It’s soft, unbelievably comfy and has unrivaled support, with knitted ribbed panels that mimic the shape and support of a wire bra, without the wire.
The wire-free support, heat moulded cups and inner slings work together to prevent mono-boob. Featuring a double layer for additional strength and support, this nursing bralette will morph to your body and give you that ‘your boobs but better’ feeling.
Our dropdown moulded cups in addition to our easy clasp nursing clips make breastfeeding an absolute dream. Our nursing clips are designed to be clipped single-handedly, because well, as mums who design these bras, we understand.
Each bralette features two (patent pending) inner slings that will lift, shape and support. One acts as a platform to lift from below and the other is there to stop your boobs going east to west - it’s north only from here on out.

The Cake Maternity Story
Cake was born out of our founder, Tracey Montford’s own personal struggle during her pregnancy journey. In her search for comfortable, functional and stylish maternity and nursing wear, it appeared hitting all three was the trifecta that didn’t exist. Suddenly in this new role, she was being forced into this one-size-fits-all mould of how a mother should look—and it wasn’t pretty. She wanted more and realised that if she felt this way, so must many other women across the world.
This became her driving force to create beautiful, high quality, functional and comfortable pieces inspired by her own experiences designed to support mamas on their breastfeeding journey. Bras that truly enhance the lives of women every day, allowing them to fully embrace motherhood & all that it brings to the table.

It’s not just a stretchy bra that wears out throughout the day, it actually has some structure to it as well and holds its shape. This is the best maternity and nursing bra I have tried!nnI went through several other brands of a similar style during my first pregnancy and breastfeeding journey (i.e. soft, stretchy bamboo nursing bras with no underwire or padding) and I found that even the ones that were advertised for a fuller bust often were lacking support (so my breasts would sit against my pregnant/postpartum belly) or had a huge band that rode up my back leaving me sore and uncomfortable. nnThis bra has plenty of support under my breasts so I don't find I'm sweaty with boobs on belly at the end of the day. Everything feels super secure. The band is the perfect size and there is plenty of stretch in the cups to accommodate fluctuation in size at this time. The fabric is buttery soft. I seriously cannot fault this bra! Worth every cent.
